Maggiano's Little Italy

Our server was phenomenal, she did a great job, and the food was superb as well... we love Maggianos and that's why we keep going back.

I loved that our food was still hot when we received it considering the restaurant was packed!

I really enjoyed my time and the professionalism at this establishment. I had a reservation it only took 10 mins to get seated which wasn't an issue at all and my meal was amazing everything was cooked to perfection. Will visit again the rigatoni is to die for 😂😂😂

We enjoy our dinners at Maggiano's every time we visit. We are ushered to our table on time and the wait staff is always pleasant and attentive. The food is always delicious and we appreciate the gluten free options!

We do not live in the St. Louis area, but we visit the city fairly often. Maggiano's is a must anytime we are in the city because we do not have a location where we live. We have been to this location several times now and have NEVER been disappointed. The food, service, and ambiance are always awesome! It is an exceptional experience which keeps us coming back.

Even though the restaurant was pretty crowded, but the noise wasn't as bad as I expected given we were seated next to a graduation party of about 30 people. Our waiter, Matt, was attentive.

We were seated right by where everyone walks by to sit upstairs or use the restroom which was a bit inconvenient. We were also a little upset by the foor choices. On the family style menu the only salad you can have is ceasar and another choice for appetizer was fried calamari which we don't think is a very popular choice. Most of our food choices were excellant thought.

Maggiano's is a nice restaurant. Great service. Good food. Our server Kiera was excellent. She attended to us promptly and was very courteous. She gave good recommendations on drinks and menu items. I have been here many times and recommend this restaurant.

Not as good of an experience as I expected. The waitress was extremely disinterested, hurried. I had to, literally, ask her to stop and listen to my requests - otherwise she would simply disregard our needs and run to the next task. She assured me that the gluten-free pasta was freshly made. I do not think so - it was likely purchased at a store. Did not taste "made from scratch" at all. I have a much better experience at other Maggiano locations in Chicago-land and also in Buckhead, Atlanta. This St. Louis location fell short of my expectations.

Our first time at Maggiano's restaurant and we had excellent service! Our server Aly took the time to explain the meals and drinks. She was friendly and attentive. After dinner we went to the bar and it was extremely busy. Aly was now bartending, she was very personal with everyone and she made the best espresso martini and smoked old fashion. Thank you for the excellent service!

We have always loved Maggiano's but doubt we will go back anytime soon. Several of our favorites have been taken off the menu. They no longer provide the Marco Meal or the apple crostata. The worst part of our experience was our service. Our server was not only taking care of us and another table but he was also the bartender. We could see him from our table making drinks for other servers behind the bar. It wasn't his fault. He was attentive at the beginning of the meal until the place began to fill with customers who also wanted alcoholic beverages. Several other servers were chatting with each other near their service area. We would average 6 meals a year there. I hate to see the only Maggiano's in the St. Louis area go downhill like this.

Our table wasn't ready when we arrived even tho made reservations and the restaurant was empty when we arrived.The bread was SO hard. The waitress didn't prepare the olive oil and Parmesan cheese as we had previously experienced there. The service was slow and water was not refilled. The bar did not have butane to make the smoked old fashioned. When I asked for my food to be boxed up she brought me the empty container which never happened before.However the quality of the food was good.

The food was excellent! The ambiance was very loud and crowded!!! Too many people waiting around for a table!

We requested a booth and even though they were busy on a Friday night... they seated us at a booth. The server was SO friendly and efficient... Fried zucchini was delicious (as usual) and big entree portions. CHEESE CAKE.... Fabulous 😀 Great experience.

Food was absolutely delicious! Service was pretty good overall, only complaint is we had our bread, app, and salad dishes on our table as we were eating our dinner.
