Restaurant was almost completely empty, yet we had to wait 5 minutes for a worker who noticed us to get the hostess. Waitress was nice, but the restaurant was unsanitary. The bathroom floors were sticky and it definitely hadn't been cleaned for a while, the table next to us had to get wiped down after they sat down because it was sticky. Menus were sticky. Just go to the PF Changs in Chesterfield instead.

My wife had a desire for the Great Wall of Chocolate a few nights ago, so I ordered one for her and a Lava cake for myself on line for takeout. I was a little concerned about 40 minutes lead time for the order as I was afraid that the ice cream would be soup and I couldn't imagine that they would be that busy - the weather was lousy and the State if the Union was on.

I absolutely love PF Changs. Lettuce wraps and sesame chicken for me. Beyond the food, the service is always spot on. I travel alone, so I generally dine alone. The staff here recognize how awkward that can be at times and accommodate me in an area that allows me to dine, work and enjoy. Never rushed or given less service. Great smiles from everyone encountered. Have I mentioned the food? Yum!

Food was good, waitresses was outstanding. My problem was with a surly hostess that made us wait for a table at lunchtime when the place was half empty. Because reasons, I guess. Then she dumped us at a table right by the door on a fifteen degree day. I did mention that the place was half empty? There were plenty of places away from the door, but she consistently placed people at the first available table closest to the door.

Not sanitary at all. I came in to pick up a to go order and the to go employee was chewing food as she spoke with me. I wish that I was kidding.. but I'm not. It makes me wonder if the cooks are eating while they are preparing food as well. P.F. Chang's, I expect better.. much much better.

Would rate this place a zero if I could. Waitress was rude and told us to get out while trying to pay. My friend asked for sweet and sour sauce and the waitress said, “Why do you need it if you ordered Mongolian beef?” Lastly, a hair was in the crab wonton and instead of being considerate the waitress said, “Well everyone here is wearing a hair net”. I wasn’t even looking to take it off the bill I just stopped eating and made her aware. Long wait, dirty restroom, hair in food, waitress had a horrible attitude.

It took fifteen minutes for someone to take our drink order. Normally I would give a pass if they were busy but there was only five other tables and three servers. Server was nice and friendly but was only seen three times (Drinks, food, check). You could tell food had been sitting for some time before it made it to the table. It also seems as if the chain itself has lost some luster to their food presentation and quality.

Only the entre was good. drinks took 4ever. Main course came out to the table before drinks and appetizers. Then to top it all off I had an empty fortune cookie. I guess the fortune was my bill. Rice was hard. Mongolian beef was good.
I logged onto the web site to order food to be delivered to my hotel. The delivery menu is does not allow you to order hot and sour soup or spare ribs. I don't understand why the delivery menu has to be different than the regular menu. And if you're going to limit the items you offer for delivery, why exclude hot and sour soup? That's ridiculous. I've loved PF Chang's food for years, but this will make me order delivery from somewhere else.

We arrived around 830pm and the restaurant was pretty much empty. We waited at least 3-5 min to be acknowledged at the door. So then we were greeted and seated. Keep in mind the restaurant is empty there is 2 other parties. Workers are folding napkins cleaning tables etc. We seat for at 15 min and no one comes and offer us water or let us know our server will be with us shortly. So we got up and left. It wasnt a great experience. Not sure if I will be returning.

Are usually like to make my own pad Thai, but if I don’t, I like to go here. I also like the hot tea and a little pot served at the table. Their appetizers are great. We really like the chicken lettuce wraps. But everything has been good so far. As far as a chain restaurant goes this is pretty great.
