The RUDEST costumer service I’ve ever experienced. I work retail and I would be EMBARRASSED to act like these employees acted. Ordered at the kiosk that they promote only to be told that they didn’t get our order, which we then proceeded to get an attitude for something that wasn’t our fault. They then proceeded to tell us not to ever order at the kiosk and to order up front. Once we got our food we realized the melt we ordered wasn’t heated which they then acted like it was our fault again. NEVER going back to this location! Dirty, bad food, and HORRIBLE customer service.

It's a damn shame that Panera/St Louis Bread Co has turned into just another franchised restaurant with mediocre food. I can remember when the French onion soup was covered in a layer of cheese. Now you're lucky to get a few strands of shredded cheese. As evident in attached picture... Also, the prices are extremely high. I would recommend going to a local "mom and pop" restaurant instead of a franchise. Finally, there wasn't a friendly face in the entire restaurant. Everyone looked pissed off and angry at the world. If you must go to Panera, avoid the one in the Galleria Mall.

It was busy about 30 minutes ago--12:45 or so. They are short staffed I guess. I ordered 1/2 tuna on wheat toast. The woman left register to expedite an order. Someone else came to finish my order. Have no idea how she changed it, but I just opened it and found ham on bread with lettuce and tomato. Good thing I'm not a vegetarian.

Food was delicious, the service was quick, and the staff *and its patrons!* Were so kind! And the new vanilla almond cold brew was *chefs kiss* SO GOOD. We stop here almost every time we visit the galleria.
