Are they trained to be rude and ignore you? Also, when you order online they are out of the item and you have to wait in line for a refund. They will destroy your day if you're in a hurry.

It's a Starbucks. Not much else you can say about it. You order coffee, they have exact measurements to make the coffee, then you pay the Starbucks prices for the coffee.

This location has some of the huffiest workers...gees!!! I always have to ask that my drink be remade and filled to the top. I pay lot for my coffee and would like to enjoy the taste of it.

They only filled my drink up half way, the rest was foam to the top. I asked about it; they said oh sorry it’s suppose to be like that and wouldn’t fix it or refund me

Dislike the new sugar free option. They are too bitter and the aftertaste is horrid. Otherwise same delicious coffee.

Me- "you have fruit flies all over the food in your display case." Employee (blonde girl with left black eye) "That happens all the time, it's just the display food. The food we serve customers is under the counter." So a store located inside (no outside entrance or windows) routinely has fruit flies in the display. Suggests not only that you have some serious sanitation issues but you don't give a rats a** that the display you are using to advertise product has bugs all over. Yum- makes me want to order food. What's it look like under the counter where we can't see? Mold, roaches, worse? I've worked in food service- fruit flies are a sign your store is unsanitary and dirty. A health inspector seeing bugs on your food (display or not) will FAIL YOU. Stop making excuses and have 1 of the 7 employees standing behind the counter scrub everything and bleach the drains.
