What a joke. If I park my truck and make the effort to walk in to place an order I expect to be waited on. Not to stand there for a good 5 minutes and watch 9 cars go through drive through. It was so bad other costumes were going behind the counter and getting there onw condiments. Needless to say I walked out and went across the street

Better than any KFC within 50 miles. Very clean to. I will say one of the worst drive threws in the entire Richmond area. You never seem to get the food at the actual window. Everyone has to pull up and wait. Only to block a line of cars who may of only ordered a drink and need to leave. But they can't because of the order ahead of them being waited on for an additional 10 minutes... Nice job. #KFC Almost got it down perfect.

Not good at all. Don't fall for the 9.82 cent 2 wrap combo. You'd get more out of a kids meal. It was ridiculous.nothing like the picture for sure. Just think I drove out of my way to get them because I have been seeing the advertisements for a few weeks now and thought let me give it a try. Wrong.... very wrong

The lady was unprofessional. I asked for nuggets, no nuggets. I asked for tenders, no tenders. I asked for a 8 piece regular family box, she asked " extra crispy or original crispy" i stated no crispy only regular cooked.and then she said she didnt have those and she wasnt dropping any new chicken because they didnt have a cook. Dont be open if you can't complete customers orders.

Messed up my order. Handled food with out gloves. Took wrong pieces of chicken out of my box after I handled box and put them back on shelf with other pieces to be served back to public. This was done by the store manager on 10/23/23 around 6 pm.

30 min. in drive thru.cashier was nice and i was patient since so many places are short staffed thrse dayschicken was tough, dried out. so disappointed after waiting so long.
