Better than any KFC within 50 miles. Very clean to. I will say one of the worst drive threws in the entire Richmond area. You never seem to get the food at the actual window. Everyone has to pull up and wait. Only to block a line of cars who may of only ordered a drink and need to leave. But they can't because of the order ahead of them being waited on for an additional 10 minutes... Nice job. #KFC Almost got it down perfect.
Wasnt open when supposed to be. Made me go around the building cause it.supposedly messes with their drive thru time. Then before i could get around bldg another person pulled up then waited on them. Also not allowed to go into bldg. Service is lousy.

The food and service has been better lately, but today they had all customers stuck in line of drive thru because they are doing this new thing where they have you pull fwd 4 car lengths to wait on your food. Bro, what if all someone wants is Baja blast? They're stuck for EVER!! Figure out a new system Use ticket #'s or something. Let people get out of the way.
