Sat in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. My food was not right. I ordered cheesy roll ups add pico, there was so little cheese that I would not call it that, and they were not warm enough. Then my spicy potato soft tacos were disgusting. The potatoes were so old that it scratched the roof of my mouth when I tried to bite into it!! I am not a local to Richmond, I was passing through, so I was stuck with this awful food.
3 stars now hear me out the food in my opinion is great.It's just that their was a huge soda spill that was on the floor in front of the soda machine. They also need to add more meat into their tacos. Which also ticked down another star. It was also a long wait although we were the only ones in line but I didn't take off a start because I saw they were understaffed and busy with people who were in the drive thru or waiting on their cars for the food, And they are quiet nice. This Taco Bell/KFC was okay, but it definitely has room for improvement. They didn't have any of the cantina sauce for the new cantina chicken items, and they were out of cabbage for the cantina chicken burrito ?, I was also saddened to see them completely out of mild sauce. I went to use their bathroom, and they had one of the hand dryers you put your hand in, and it was dirty with not only dirt but hair.
