The food is good and the staff are friendly but always seem to be backed up and you will likely have a bit of a wait time. So sad their prices are no longer as competitive with other fast food options. Lately out of some of our favorites.
The drive through can be an issue. After your order is taken, they collect your money at the window but don't give you your order most times. They then have you pull forward to wait. They do this to cheat the service time clock. Drive through waits can be excessive. Inside service has improved and orders appear to come out in a reasonable time. Overall inside service and quality good.
