I wrote a review on Yelp and it's so much that I don't want to have to repeat it. I look on the Yelp and look at their reviews they only have two and a half Stars it is a horrible horrible place do not come here and spend your money I would not recommend it at all the people are rude the amenities that they advertised are not here it's just a horrible place the prices are outrageous in the restaurant. The ATM fees are outrageous . The staff are rude I feel as though they didn't respect me as a customer and they didn't appreciate my business. The advertise that they have a spa that was one of the reasons that we came here and they don't have the spa but it's still advertised have 139 a night they don't even service your room you have to put your dirty linen and towels and trash outside and they bring you replacements outside your door and you have to do it yourself do not do not do not come here you are not have a pleasurable experience my experience was horrible I will never ever ever step foot in this business establishment.Rooms: Not worth the price ?... Could have got a better deal and probably a better room and breakfast at the Days inn.Walkability: Me and my mother are both disabled and the walk from the hotel to the casino for us was too long we had to stop and take breaks and they don't have a concierge so we had the struggle with our luggage to get to the roomFood & drinks: The food is so expensive that we decided to eat out after our second day and the food is not that good for both of us to eat what's between 40 and 70.00 for the for the both of us to eat in our refrigerator in our room really didn't get cold so we ended up throwing the food that we had leftover away and they didn't have microwaves in the room I can't stress enough to you do not come here

Front desk crew was excellent. The room was very clean. Even the casino wasn’t a haze of smoke thanks to the non-smoking sections they have. Most things were also open until 11 PM or midnight so that was a nice plus.The slots looked to be in great shape with high def screens and lights bright enough to require sunglasses. While I can’t figure out what the architectural theme is supposed to be with all the competing influences, it was still very cool to see.Overall, it was a good stay. Bit expensive for a single night but you don’t stay at a hotel and casino for the sake of getting away and staying in a room.

Well here goes. First off if you are thinking about gambling here then I think you should read what I'm about to say.Don't choose this place to gamble. This establishment contains some of the rudest employees I've ever seen. And if you don't take my advice and come here then don't use their ATM machines or do any cash withdrawals from the cashier's desk. These people are running a scam it seems. And when notified about their ATMs glitching they chose to do nothing about it. I visited this establishment on 3-24-24 and used their ATM machine and it glitched and said transaction failed and that my account would not be charged. That was a lie. And why I know this? Because all charges to my account get sent directly to my phone. Well I go up to the cashier's desk and told them about the machine they said to contact my bank. So I did. And the company named Everi came up as the financial company in charge of the ATM machines. I researched them a little. And what I found out is that this is a horrible company. According to the Better Business Bureau they have a reputation for taking people's money and waiting up to 45 days to pay the money back to your financial institution. And the rating of this company is a one out of five stars. That's not good. When I notified Argosy that this company they are letting handle money transactions they said there is nothing they could do about it. Hmmmm. I kindly stated that the ATM machine needs a piece of paper put on it to warn people not to use it. They told me that it's not their machine and they won't do that. My only question is this matter is why would you want other people to keep having their hard earned money taken out of their account and not returned for however long it takes up to 45 days? So if you have made it this far in my review of this place then keep reading it gets better. A friend and I decided to visit Argosy casino on 4-8-24 and my friend went to pull out 3,000.00 at the cashier and the machine glitched and said account not charged. But my friend also receives notifications on his phone of transactions on his bank account. Sure enough they charged him and didn't give him any of his money. And then when he questioned them they called security on us and long story short we were told to leave after their pathetic excuse of a fear tactic pit boss that hardly speaks any english started getting in our faces. This man does not have the temperament for this kind of job. He doesn't know how to keep calm during conversations. With respect to law enforcement we left. So do not do business with this casino. They are scammers. They will never get another cent of my money. And one more thing the staff there is as useful as a poopy flavored lollipop. DO NOT GO TO THIS CASINO. THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY.

I absolutely love this hotel. Showers are amazing. Rooms are clean. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is no microwaves. The second night I had to go to QuickTrip to warm food. The third night I had to warm up food with the blow dryer. They could have one on the middle floor in the vending area or one on each floor in the vending area. But to not have any is insane.

They allow smoking in the casino. It was so thick we didn't even go in. Would have stayed at a different hotel if we'd known we wouldn't be able to go in the casino.

Received a Complimentary room decided to use it. The reason I give the 1 star rating for service is because when I arrived staff did not greet me this was my first visit was. After standing at the desk for a few minutes he finally asked me did I have reservations? I replied yes, he pulled up my reservations , checked me in. When I arrived on the floor & stepped off the elevator I was so excited to see my room after hearing the rooms were nice at Argosy. I was so disappointed, the mattresses were uncomfortable. I don't recall asking for a smoking unit. The Casino I don't like, I don't win anything ever at this casino hardly ever get comps. You will pass up the Casino if you miss your exit the road to this Casino is far.

I had the pleasure to stay here for 2 months while working in riverside. Several years ago. Great experience, the rooms are gorgeous and the restaurants were all very tasty and clean. I definitely will come back.
