The owner and shop associate were incredibly friendly and kind, walking me through all the flavors and box options in store. Knowing they’re made here in Kansas City with primarily locally sourced ingredients was a major plus!

Where do I start? If you are looking for the gift to give someone who has everything, this is the place. I've given the sampler bourbon balls, the nuts and the Irish Cream mini loaf and they don't disappoint. Great client gifts! This will quickly turn into something you will want to have around to snack on all of the time. Everything is so delicious. Lisa, the owner, has such an eye for detail and everything is packaged so well. Kudos to her for using local distilleries...make this business a KC tradition.

Bootleg Bourbon balls are simply the bomb! They make wonderful gifts for birthdays and special occasions, not to mention for the upcoming holiday! For me, they have been my go-to gifts for years. My family and friends absolutely love receiving these special treats which always contains a hint of the incredible local Kansas City distilleries. Each item is handcrafted by talented chocolate artisans in the Kansas City area, making it a unique and delicious gift. Plus, Lisa Fitch and her team go above and beyond to make sure each package is of the highest quality. Lisa is incredible. She is so kind and communicative. I met her this summer going to the Tree Hugger with my friend and figured she wouldn't have anything vegan, but she surprised me by offering us samples of her vegan cookies and talking about future plans for vegan options. She was kind enough to let us try out her vegan versions a bit later and they are amazing!! I can't tell you how exciting it is to find an option like this. Lisa is wonderful and her bourbon balls are absolutely delicious! You can't go wrong here.
Vegetarian options: Lisa is in the early stages (I think?) of offering vegan versions of some of the balls here. She was kind enough to let me order online and communicate via the order details and email that I wanted vegan versions. I'm not sure if all the offerings can be made vegan, but there were quite a lot and they are all phenomenal.
