Although this is a very normal and basic place, there is a soft spot in my heart for a well cooked breakfast, I have had nothing but good experiences and great food every time I go here.

Been going for years happily but something has been happening recently. Last visit we were served cold food with no silverware. After waiting some time for silverware we were given a package of flimsy plasticwear hardly able to cut and manage the food with. We complained at which time the manager offered to correct and I asked if we could just leave. Reason being on a prior visit I was served chicken soup with zero meat in it. To which the response was to give me a plate with a bit of cold chicken on it to compensate by a man with an attitude that appeared to be the chef. Fearing retaliation for complaining I chose to leave. The manager agreed. Noticeable decline in food quality.

Love this place, this food and the staff. They are always sweet to us. Doesn't matter if we eat in or take out! We do a lot and I mean A LOT of curbside here. We live down the street so easy access but know if the food was subpar or the people were awful, we would go elsewhere. I didn't rate on Atmosphere because we rarely go in these days.

Portions were a little small, price was a little high, food tasted good but really was pretty greasy! The waitresses are all very nice, and pretty young ladies. Food took quite a while to come out actually. And it was dead so no reason for the food to be tardy. Establishment was clean and bathrooms as well, VERY IMPORTANT!
The atmosphere or ambience was chillax, i liked that. It was modern but not WOKE if you follow my lead. It was a nice place to sit with a friend and have a convo, without having to talk over other people, or music playing too loud or being rushed by your waitress. This could be cause they was so slow, due to the weather, so if we wasnt there they wouldn't have had anything to do and no tip either. None the less I have been to many of places where sitting after your food was gone was frowned upon. Especially, if they dont serve alcoholic bev . your tab isnt growing with time and neither is their tip. Overall I would recommend this to be a good place to eat and worth stopping in if youre in the area. HOWEVER my friend said the CORNER CAFE in the river market area is much better. The food anyways I cant say about anything else.

Great breakfast food. Service was on point. Great cinnamon buns and sticky buns!! My recommendation, eat breakfast and get the buns to go!

I cannot say enough about
Corner Cafe. Everything is absolutely wonderful. The food is fantastic and taste like a homecooked meal that was prepared with love. The staff is warm, courteous & helpful & the atmosphere is inviting as a small town place that feels familiar and comfortable. Absolutely my mosr favorite restaurant in the Northland.

We loved coming here, the prices are crazy for 2 tiny kids burgers and a handful of cold fries it's 11? Plus you have to pay for children's drinks. The food is ok not worth that price. Our waitress was great!

We ordered a waffle platter, an open faced turkey sandwich, a burger. The food was cold. It tasted awful. Im sad to see that this has gone so far down him. I don’t think we will be back.
