I loved this random(but always vegan) choice of where to eat while driving through the area. The name struck me cool when it popped up on my Google search for vegan restaurants nearby. Excellent rating. Was a no brainer.Totally wowed by all the factors when I walked in, ordered, waited, and ate. The food was exceptional. Perfect. It sets an unreachable bar. I had the Frito Burrito and Buffalo Cauliflower with possibly the best Buffalo and Ranch Dips ever. Left happy full with plenty of leftovers.From one tree hugger to Tree Hugger, thank you, it was delish, I love your homey place. Y'all deserve awards.

Absolutely wonderful dining experience! The restaurant was clean and bright, and the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The Ruben sandwich (marinated jackfruit, sauerkraut, vegan cheese and dressing on toasted bread) was delicious. The Baja tacos (marinated heart of palm with an amazing slaw and the best guacamole I've ever had) were probably the best tacos I've ever eaten! I'm thrilled that they also have a huge GLUTEN FREE selection, including breads and all items clearly marked GF (if they are) and a dedicated GF menu. I will be eating here regularly! I'd give this place 100 stars if I could.

This place has it all!!! It truly is amazing food that will trick your mind.Will definitely become one of our favorites. The only sad part is not being open on Wednesdays. Was a super shock when we came for lunch. I might never recover.

I walked into Tree Hugger Kitchen for this first time, and the service person greeted me with a big smile. Some patrons were bantering with her as I got her recommendations for some of the best go-to menu options. (Apparently the diners hadn't ordered the Frisco sandwich because they didn't know it was available -- until they overheard the lady recommended it to me. They must not have asked, so whose fault is that? Side note: my wife ordered the Frisco and I tried it and man, what a cheesy, delicious dish! It's only served on Mondays.)This place is not upscale. It's down-to-earth. It's fun. It's alive. It feels genuine. And the people and the food are amazing.Vegetarian options: Everything on the menu is completely plant-based and therefore vegan-friendly.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options are clearly labeled on the menu, and it has quite a few choices. There's always a GF dessert, which the menu says to ask about. I guess that option changes from time to time.

My new favorite vegan restaurant, it is worth the drive to experience these plant-based options you just can't get anywhere else!Chz burgers, phish tacos, tofurky Monte Cristos, KC BBQ jackfruit - the offerings are amazing, and the taste is even better.The Frisco Burger (a Monday special) was everything i ever wanted from a cheese burger with thousand island dressing. I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. The walnut chorizo in the taco salad was so flavorful and satisfying, and the Reuben! I don't even like sauerkraut, but theirs is the perfect blend. Don't forget the chocolate & peanut butter torte!And I've not even mentioned the service! Positively delightful. The whole atmosphere is celebratory and fun.There are also several gluten-free options on the menu, so you really can't go wrong. I'll definitely be back with all my friends.

I'm not quite sure how healthy this plant based kitchen is but it sure is yummy! We had the loaded tots, Fritos burrito and tacos. All was good. The cheese sauce on the tots is worth the trip alone. I'll for sure be back.
