We love the food and the portions are generous. But what helped us is we had Uber eats send our order to this location instead of our intended location. When we canceled it Uber charged us and blamed the restaurant. Long story short after reaching out the owner contacted me and helped us at least get our concern to a live person instead of the 4 chat agents I was forced to speak to instead of a live person at uber eats. So whether or not we get our Uber eats complaint resolved; I greatly appreciated the owner reaching out and listening in a friendly and understanding way. The customer service was great and we will refer all and continue to recommend Chucks Hot Chicken; but not recommended Uber eats.

Do not order here and assume your food will come out on time!! They forgot all about catering orders they had for the day, they told me my order would come out after the 2 catering orders they were behind on. I watched about 5 door dash orders go out after the catering orders and after waiting 40 mins past my pickup time and still no food I asked them to cancel my order if they hadn’t started cooking my food yet. Sure enough the manager came out snd refunded my food. There was A LOT of really frustrated people who were waiting for so long and being told it would only be 5 more minutes (even tho it would end up being so much longer.)
This was at the Arnold MO location. I ordered 6 wings level 3 to start. Also ordered a chicken sandwich level 6. this is my first time ordering from here. Like a bad habit I'll be going back! The wings were spicier than expected but awesome. I'm just used to stuff saying it's spicy and it's not spicy enough for me. It's not just spicy. The wings were crunchy, juicy and had amazing flavor. I'll leave another review about the chicken sandwich as I'll eat that later.

Pricey, if you like hot, 3 was stupid hot, I can't imagine 4,5,6 insane 😳 cost alot I thought but I liked potatoe salad and fries were good

This is my favorite Chuck's location so far. The fries were crispy and the level 4 was a proper 4. Absolutely delicious.

so we got chucks though grub hub the chickens and fries are always so yummy but i tried the greanbeans this time around and let me tell you they where so fire ive never had greanbeans this good the seasoning and grease were perfect i will always eat from here now 1 million time recommend if you want yummy food and lots of it !
