Rogersville, MO franchise needs some quality control in drive through service. Every time we have ordered here it is incorrect. Drove 30 minutes to reach location only for them to get it wrong. Ordered 2 8-piece meals, one with chicken the other with strips. Both come with 2 sides and biscuits. However. We Got home and instead of Mac & cheese with corn sides we ordered, we had 2 sides of potatoes and 2 Cole slaw. Our kids don’t like either one, hence the request for Mac...
Is it policy to not include utensils to drive through customers? Three times through drive through, three times no utensils. Whatta I have to do? Pretend I'm Ron Desantis with a pudding cup while I'm trying to eat my mac and cheese?
This is a Combo restaurant with Taco bell. Absolutely great staff, service and cleanliness in dining and bathrooms. I enjoyed lunch with my daughter and best friend and had a pleasant experience being able to order from either menu.
