The rudest manager I have ever met. the restaurant was only about 30% full and the hostess would not seat us at the table we wanted to sit at, even though 70% of the tables were empty. I asked her to ask the manager, and we still couldn't sit at the table we wanted. So, we decided to leave. We ordered wings. after 20 minutes and asking three servers for napkins, because they didn't bring any with the wings, we finally just got a to go box and took our cold dinner home. worst service I've ever had.
This used to be our favorite spot but recently the quality has gone down hill. Tonight our server seemed to be annoyed, didn’t write down our order and it ended up being wrong. Fries were over cooked but cold. Didn’t refill drinks and we had to hunt her down for our bill. Absolute terrible on all fronts.
