Bar Louie - Streets of St. Charles

Service was great. Restaurant was so dirty and gross. Food and trash all over the floor. Bathrooms were disgusting. Trash and filth everywhere. Not even sure how that place passes health inspections.

Trinity was awesome! Drinks were on point!

Was improperly charged for my meal and service was ridiculously slow for the number of staff to costumer ratio.

Server Connor was great. Although we ordered an appetizer, salad, main course and desert. We specifically asked for them to come out separately. The salad and main course came out first. Then the appetizer. The desert came out well before we were finished. Great value to what we ordered.

Nicholas B was horrible. Gave us the wrong beer after serving us, then said he would drink it. Then gave us menus and never got our food order and when we asked he said the kitchen was closed. Horrible service!!! We won’t be back Nicholas is a retard!

7 people. Not a single meal came out correctly. Burgers were all over cooked even though order medium. Chicken tenders were dry and over done. Cole slaw was a small container of raw cabbage with no dressing. Parmesan chicken was cold and salty. Zucchini was cold asparagus. Utensils were dirty. There was romaine lettuce on a plate that didn't have a salad. My birthday dinner and Father's Day dinner, a HUGE disappointment.

Trinity was AWESOME! We had a large party, with kids, and her positive attitude and enthusiasm was greatly appreciated!!!! We WILL be back!!!

Tommy was one of the most laid back and professional servers I've ever met, matched the vibe of the area and seamlessly combined knowledge of the menu and drinks with exceptional timing and a friendly personality. The kind of man I'd end up considering a close friend if I didn't live 2 states north and a motivated and proud father (which is important considering tomorrow's holiday, I hope business is helpful tomorrow but slow enough to get those dad's some extra time with their own).

As for the food, I without a doubt ate the best salmon I've ever had in my life tonight! And as a professional chef of 15 years working in fine dining and country clubs I don't often rank a dish as #1 on my list. Fantastic work by the kitchen on the fish and also the lemon blanc, which is always a very tedious sauce to perfect. My girlfriend was also blown away by the new York strip, and realized she doesn't dislike truffle fries, but that she's just never had them made correctly.

We will be stopping at louies every time we come through the St. Louis area, and as my youngest brother lives in the city that means we're already planning our next dinner here! 5 stars all around, more if I could give them

Went with family had a very good time, the vibe there was chill, drinks were strong and food was very good. Our waitress Delaney was on point and very fast. Will be back again for sure.

Enjoyed a happy hour with friends. Our waiter Tommy took care of every need. Food was great and the service was even better.

Trinity was so sweet and delightful. She was very attentive and made brunch lovely 🙂

The menus are faded to where you can barely read them. I had a large party and all the menus were like that. The tables are extremely old with block pieces of the designs missing out of them. The server dropped the " to go" boxes on the floor and still tried to give them to me. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place to anyone.

it was horrible we came in and had reservations for 10 people, didn't get seated until 25 mins after the reservation and half the table got their food after 2 hours of sitting and waiting and the other half never got their meals, they ran out of items we already ordered and we sat for 3.5 hours and still didn't get serviced or eating anything
