Great food, drinks were amazing and our server Shannon was so attentive

I had sat at Bar Louie and my bartender, Kylie, was a 10 out of 10. She was the best experience I have had at a bar. This girl deserves a raise.

I had a very disappointing experience at Bar Louie, especially since it was supposed to be a special night for someone’s birthday. The food was subpar—our loaded nachos were missing key ingredients like bacon and onion, which was incredibly frustrating for a dish that’s supposed to be “loaded.”

The service was even worse. Our server brought us dirty glasses of water, and when we politely asked for clean ones, she just refilled the same dirty glasses instead of replacing them. On top of that, she completely forgot our drink order and never made an effort to make it right.

It’s upsetting that this happened on a birthday celebration. This place clearly doesn’t prioritize quality or customer care. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend it to anyone looking for a good dining experience.

Not only was the place amazing but more specifically the guy who helped me and my table all night was awesome made every bit of the experience an unforgettable night for me and my boys, Derek is awesome and what he does for that bar is incredible dude brings another level of energy and excitement. 100% I’m going back and asking to be helped by Derek dudes genuine and so positive it makes the night a 10/10

Probably the worst dining experience in recent memory. Our server, Michael, barely came to check on us. Brought appetizer and had to be flagged down 30 minutes later for our food order (we were a party of 11). My burger came out incorrectly after waiting another 30 minutes for our food. Not his fault but I couldn't wait for the kitchen to correctly make a burger. Then, in the most condescending tone I've ever heard, he told me "Now remember, you were waiting on people to arrive, we should have gotten that food order in sooner." No Michael, we waited for someone for 15 minutes and had appetizers and the final guests had arrived before the appetizers were even out. Then we had to flag you down 30 minutes later and ask you to take our order. I was annoyed that I want going to eat my birthday dinner because the kitchen over-cooked my burger but Michael's response was uncalled for, condescending, and factually inaccurate. Will not be back.
