My wife and I had brunch here today, and while I recommend for food quality, they have necessary improvements to make. 1st - One of their signature items is the Lobster omelette. I love Prasinos. I awoke and wanted to do brunch somewhere different so I went to one of my favorite restaurants in St Charles. The atmosphere was great, it was busy but still had plenty of places to sit. I sat down to order the banana bread French toast, when the waitress informed me of the special steak and eggs with potatoes, and much to my misfortune I ordered that instead. Big mistake!
