We used to love going to Prasino, but their service and attention to detail has been lacking in our last few visits. When we got a burger recently we asked for it to be well-done and it came back rare. It took close to 40 minutes to get the burger in the first place and couldn’t wait for another one, so that was very disappointing. We also had an instance where we went to brunch and asked for a cinnamon roll that was on special as part of our order, and it was never put in by the waitress. In general, it’s been difficult lately to have a visit where something isn’t missed or goes wrong. This makes me hesitant to consider Prasino for special occasions in the future.

What a nice place to dine! Service was spot on! Food was a bit unusual, but it was good! I had the chicken sandwich for lunch and it was huge. It looked like 2 chicken breasts on the sandwich. We were a bit disappointed in the hostess and where she sat us.

We used to dine here often, but haven’t been back since they removed the pork burger from their menu. Our server reiterated what we already knew - it was one of the most popular items on the menu. Then why remove it, we asked. “You know chefs - they like to switch it up.” We will return when the pork burger returns!

I love Prasinos. I awoke and wanted to do brunch somewhere different so I went to one of my favorite restaurants in St Charles. The atmosphere was great, it was busy but still had plenty of places to sit. I sat down to order the banana bread French toast, when the waitress informed me of the special steak and eggs with potatoes, and much to my misfortune I ordered that instead. Big mistake! The steak was cooked as I requested but it no taste, the eggs with onions and cheese had big rings of onions cooked in it, and the potatoes had no taste. I should have sent it back but I tried to season it but to no avail. And to top it all off they charged me $48 for the "so called" special.

Waitress was horrible but food was really good. I won't be back because of the service. The waitress tried upsaling EVERYTHING we ordered. Waitress also kept giving us extremely dirty stem glasses. I watched her just wipe the glasses clean and give them back to us. They were still dirty. After giving them back I told her to get new glasses. She got new glasses but stood there for literally 5 minutes wiping them clean using water from the water bottles they put on the tables and a rag. She still brought me a dirty glass. So upsetting. We asked for a bottle cooler and she just grabbed one from the next table and gave it to us. It was not chilled AT ALL. The birria skillet is really really good.

Saturday I placed a carry-out order (burger and wedges) after a long 12 hour shift. When I arrived home and began to indulge into my burger, after a few bites I then observed a string of hair as if it was growing out of it. This was the most nauseating thing I’ve ever experienced, hair cooked into my meal. My mind begin to wonder. Thoughts as such, COVID-19 could be viable on hair for hours or even days, another thought, are hairnets required at this particular restaurant, just to name a few...I then proceeded to call the restaurant which I got ahold of a very nice young lady (can’t recall her name)and she specifically told me that a manager would be calling me shortly, verbatim. It was Saturday When this incident occurred, very busy at this establishment so I was very lenient with this situation. Let Sunday pass by and the entire Monday, still no call, it is now a week later. Now the correct course of action should have been a call from the manager the very same day, a compensation of some sort along with an apology, instead I got nothing. I truly feel that this matter has been terribly handled, better yet, not handled at all! I am very disappointed mainly with you guys customer service!

The atmosphere here is very elegant! The glasses are made from wine bottles and water is left at your table which is always nice! The flatbread I ordered was delicious! I would recommend this place for a special occasion!

I had the Filet and eggs. It was very good. I enjoyed the green Chile sauce. The Blueberry Orange Cinnamon rule was good. April had Pretzel croissant French Toast with white choclate and Carmel sauce.
