The service was horrible, both young ladies were on their cell phones behind the counter at the same time, the place was filthy and all the tables were nasty along with the floor. They were running out of most of the toppings and did not want to go get more stating " I'm sorry we are all out of pecans, cookies, cheesecake bites" and various other things lead me to believe that they dont want to look. I highly doubt when they open they will not have toppings when that is the point of this place. Not coming back. These girls were not helpful with customer service at all.

i saw the below review and wasnt going to go there, but i stopped by after work today around 5pm and there wasn't a long line, The lady was very professional and helpful, and It was delicious! The place was completely clean and i will for SURE be going back!!

We went and got our ice cream. My son said it tasted spoiled. So I tried it. I told the attendant, she said it's not bad i just put it in this morning. I don't know what to tell you. Um. Well ok then. We won't be back.

U-Swirl has much better yogurt plus chocolate and caramel apples. Being around the same area makes it a no brainer.

Kinda pricy. My boyfriend and I spent $17 on our yogurt when we went, which for two college students is ridiculous, especially since their location is literally right across the street from a college.

Used to like FroYo but lately they have just lowfat and no added sugar selections. It tastes so watery. They should leave other regular flavors that used to be creamy and tasty.
