Went on a very busy, short staffed night. Had a bit of a wait but service did their best to keep drinks full, they were running their butts off. Spectacular food, good prices and good company. Had the ribeye special and husband had a burger, perfectly cooked and good crisp saladParking: Tiny hidden gem has very limited parking so street parking is usually where it’s at
In all fairness the Pine Room may actually deserve five stars but because I've never had their food I won't include that in my review, even though the word on the street is that it's pretty fantastic. The first time I came here I may or may not have been a little tipsy and I thought my friends just got us lost in an unassuming low key St. Charles neighborhood. Had lunch today. Chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes and green beans as my sides for a lunch special. $ 9.95 The chicken fried steak was cooked to perfection and green Breana were so good best even. The service was fast and friendly. Great neighborhood bar.
