Messed up my order twice. I’ve asked for no mayo. All good just won’t come back. Next time listen carefully to what the customers are ordering.

I come her all the time when Google says they are opened. In the last 4 times they dont answer the drive though. Today they answered the drive through just to say they are short staffed and can't take orders.... I understand staffing issues but this place clearly need to just close down and stop people from waisting the gas and time going to it when Google says they are open.

Got their 3 piece spicy chicken strips and it automatically comes with spicy good good sauce. The person who this is for wanted just the regular good good sauce so we informed them of that. Well we pulled off from the window and stopped to get gas. As we were checking the bag they gave us the spicy sauce. I went in to get the regular sauce and they told me I have to pay for it?! YOU forgot the sauce which was on you not us. My regular jack in the box hands out sauce like it’s nothing. Why are these people so ignorant and cheap?

Worst experience.If I could rate zero stars I would. The first person to come on the order box said “hold on one minute”. 6 minutes later we had to ask if anyone was there and she took our order. We proceeded with our order. The popcorn chicken which is advertised everywhere on the building, is not sold anymore. We completed our order. There were three cars ahead of us took us 20 minutes to get to the window. Once at the window we could see several workers on their phones not paying attention. Once the person opened the window she repeated the order and it was the wrong order. They had not even entered our order in the system. We told them thanks, and left without our food.I realize there are staffing issues everywhere, but this was not a staffing issue but a working issue

Holy cow if I could only give you guys a zero I would!!! Worst drive thru service I have EVER had in my life!!!! Talk about rude and obnoxious girls you have working there!!! I have never in my life been more disgusted over how rude someone could be with customer service and how they talk to people!!! You all need to rehire/train or something!!! I will never return nor tell anyone to go there again! I couldn't believe the way I was spoken to when I was ordering my food there. I immediately ended up leaving and cancelling my order I was so disgusted.

The line is ALWAYS slow!!!!!! Us before covid and it's worse afterwards I had one of the workers throw my food at mealong with telling me that if I knew anybody that needed a job to have them call her. They have no sign stating that they're not open so people get in line and sit and wait for everybody to go through only to be turned away today was the best so I pulled in and the entire menu is gone so I started to pull through and they came on and said hold on just a second for your order after waiting almost 10 minutes and pulling up to the window and honking my horn clearly nobody was going to take my order so they just probably set in there and laugh at me I will never ever return to this restaurant that needs to be closed their workers are rude and no foods that good I'm actually sitting in Taco Bell right now

The food is either super burnt or extremely messy. I have given this location a couple trys thinking maybe it was a bad day but everytime I go there it's the same thing. But my biggest complaint is how extremely slow they are there was one time I waited 20 minutes for someone to even say anything out of the intercom. I thought okay maybe they are busy but after that 20 minutes I left and when I pulled around there were absolutely no cars. None in the drive-through and no one waiting on the side. And today I went through again ordered 6 tacos and took 30 minutes to get two cars and me through the line I know that's not entirely there fault because someone could have had a big order but you could tell the two cars infront of me were becoming annoyed with how slow they were and after spending my entire lunch sitting in the drive-through that I missed because they took so long I went back to my work to find that the all 6 of my tacos where absolutely smothered in tacos sauce. Now I see they have a help wanted sign out front and I'm just hoping they are short staffed but this happens to me every single time I go there. I hope you guys can fix this because I won't be back anytime soon and I know one person not going there won't hurt but I have been telling people not to go there because of these reason and it seems like they are having the same problem.

Randomly closes whenever they feel like it. Actually has a vinyl sign on the windows saying they may be closed at random times. Pay your employees instead of paying for marketing signage advertising that you don't have any staff.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had while going to this location I had to wait for over 5 minutes just to order the food. The food that I ordered was wrong and terrible no cheese lettuce or anything on my one order the other order was missing bacon on it. One of the worst experience I have ever had I will never go to this location again and I advise anyone else to stay clear of this location. This is the quality u get in there food

Awful service. Had to call while sitting in the drive thru to ask if they were open. The woman says yes but that their system isn’t alerting them that anyone is at the drive thru. Finally got to order then waited another 25 minutes until I got my order. Nobody apologized for the wait or anything. I will never be patronizing this establishment. Do better.

Horrible ordered lunch for myself and my dad a few Saturdays back sat in the drive thru for almost an hour could barely hear the person taking the order on the speaker sounded like she was in a tunnel barely audible over a whisper and on top of it all they dropped my order on the ground before I could grab it bc the bag ripped bc it was filled way to full so I had to pull around up front while they had to remake the whole order again and wait another 30 minutes no refund apology nothing wish I could leave negative stars will never be back!

This jack in the box is terrible. We have had them say they are closed after going through the drive through line. Very often only one person working.

We went to get drinks and the lady on the speaker had an atitude and was very ghetto..not very educated you could tell. Apparently her name was demonica. I asked because she had no nametag on i only saw her after she wouldnt take our order Because she said she couldnt hear us (in an ignorant voice) so i spoke up and she said i was yelling um if you cant hear me then what am i suppose to do and then started talking under her breathe..so i walked inside it didnt say the inside wasnt closed. She then got an atitude and i didnt know the inside was closed the door was open. And then she assaulted me after i walked outside because she is a bigger woman and expected me to walk out the door with her holding it and i grazed against her..never would take my order when it all began because she was rude. Its so sad that people who work in fast food have to treat others with such disrespect. Its not the customers fault that you hate your job and that you work in fast food. But i get it some people are only experienced enough to be in fast food and by her atitude and the way she treats people she is where she belongs. Also. If you ever go there she is a big black lady bald head and has a piercing on her chin or lip...yes definitely ghetto i feel sorry for who comes into contact with her..she also stated shes the gm which i doubt. Beware dont go here!.

Always out of stock of things, never open, closes at random times, while keeping their lights on. No manager on shift it feels like. Just terrible service all around! Fire these terrible managers. This owner needs to own up and explain to the community why their location is so terrible. If you have the time and are really craving jack in the box go to the location in saint Charles. All these owners need to take inspiration from this location because they are doing everything right! Pay your workers better Jack in the Box!
