The service was quick and nice. I wanted to love this place, since you don't often find gluten free crepes, but overall, it was a miss for me.
I got the bbq crepe. The filling was good, but the crepe tasted more like a moist tortilla. I prefer a crepe with some crispy edges.
We also got 4 different macarons. They were very pretty and had interesting flavors, but they were inedible. They all tasted like old refrigerator funk. We took a bite of each and had to spit it out. Maybe they were good when they were first made?

Le Vie Vegan is the vegan spot par excellence in Saint Charles. Run by a lovely French owner, it brings together creativity, flavor, and authenticity in every detail. We had the BLT Croissant and the Caprese Croissant – both absolutely delicious – and the cappuccino with espresso was outstanding. A must-visit for anyone who loves great vegan food with a French touch!

A vegan and gluten-free foodies DREAM! Sweet or savory crepes, endless dessert options, dairy free coffee and tea galore,& so much more! I had the savory veggie crepe + chipotle aioli, a cinnamon almond milk tea with almond milk whip (gasp!) and a beautiful Parisian themed atmosphere to soak it all in!
