On yesterday I ordered the 10 piece spicy meal and the food was terrible. The biscuits are no longer soft / fluffy and they look borderline burnt. The breading was falling off the chicken and it was definitely not crispy. This used to be my favorite location……not anymore. I called “so called” corporate. Both manager and phone rep Jenny and Kate are rude (cut me off multiple times) argumentative. Zero customer service skills. Manager does nothing but make excuses. I requested replacement order and was told bring back my entire food order. Only issue is I live over 30 minutes away. What a joke. I won’t be returning here

This Lee's is literally the WORST! Just drove through. Had to tell the guy THREE times that I wanted mashed potatoes and gravy with baked beans with the 3 piece tenders and a SPRITE. THREE! I got the steak with WHITE gravy with mashed potatoes and green beans but it's all slathered in BROWN gravy. They act pissed that you're ordering first off all, secondly they screw up the orders more than they get them right. Jesus H Christ, it literally shouldn't be this difficult to get what you ask for. I'm about done with them.

Ordered 8 pc roasted chicken to take home at 5:44 pm. The young lady behind the counter said we have everything but breasts, I sad “ 0k” 45 minutes later, another lady who appeared to be in charge told me they are still cooking it. They refunded my money but I still got no chicken.

I am sorry to say that last week's review was good that I put on here but this week's review was very poor service. I tried to order a four-piece mix fried chicken meal and the young lady at the drive-thru told me there wasn't anything like that but yet they have a menu that has all those on there. I will not be using this restaurant again due to the fact that poor customer service is going to be their downfall now. This took place on March, the 2nd at 12:15 p.m.

As I'm waiting to order. Their were over 5 people with orders messed up. People telling the lady she dropped a chicken strip on ground and put it back on her plate. Chaos.Then when mine comes out it's wrong too. Dear lord get it together
