Best ice cream place in St Charles! They make all their ice cream and there's really nothing around that compares to it. Especially the old time vibe and music is where it's at!
My daughter spotted this place as we were walking to a restaurant for lunch. We popped in after lunch and the experience was excellent. Everything from the service to the ice cream itself and atmosphere was soo cute, just very too notch! Highly recommend!
