Potbelly Sandwich Shop Reviews
Staff was nice. Prices were ok. The Oreo shake sucked,
On Tuesday (11/9), I ordered $63 worth of food. It was deducted from my bank account. I never received my food so I called and was told their third party payment server “didn’t like my payment.” However, I had proof the funds were deducted from my account. The manager did nothing except offer me a free cookie. She did not prepare my food nor did she refund my money. She offered to run the card again but no guarantees that her machine “would like my payment” the second...read full review
Terrible experience. Used DoorDash to order “pickup.” Received confirmation text at 6:57pm that Potbelly has received my order and to be ready by 7:15-7:20. I Arrived at the store a little before 7:20. Bought two bags of chips and asked if my order was ready. Potbelly is a popular sandwich shop that offers a wide range of customizable sandwiches, soups, and drinks. The decor is geared towards a college crowd, with both booth and high tables available inside, as well as outdoor seating. The sandwiches are reported to have a good base, and the cheddar broccoli soup is said to be similar to other sandwich shops' offerings. The iced tea is brewed, though it's an institutional blend rather than a traditional one. The Mediterranean sandwich is a customer favorite, and the shakes are also praised. The atmosphere is generally nicer than similar sandwich shops, and the staff is often friendly, with one employee, Caitlin, being particularly commended. However, there have been some instances of poor customer service, with a customer reporting a lack of greeting and attention during a visit. Overall, Potbelly seems to provide a solid dining experience, with good food and a comfortable atmosphere, though some customers may find the flavors a bit mild compared to more spice-forward cuisines.
