For a random decision to celebrate Father's Day here, we missed out on the good stuf ie; brisket and ribs but nothing is bad at Sugarfire Smokehouse. Did not have to wait, either.

First time at a Sugarfire. There was no line and the menu was well posted. Food came out after a few minutes. I had the special which was 3 tacos with 3 meats. It was extremely good! Great job, I will be back.

Noisy place, but good food. Servings too big & too much meat, but maybe that's what Americans want. Better descriptions of plates would be helpful to newcomers.

Vegetarian options: Big fried tomato sandwich!
