TANGO Argentina Food Reviews
We ate here for the first time last night.... and devoured every single thing brought to the table before we could get even a single picture!! Empanadas were ALL very very good!! (I had spinach, butternut squash, beef with raisin) and the entree with the breaded meat w/topping of tomato sauce, ham/cheese..... and fries. Loved it all.... definitely on the comeback list!
We came in for lunch today. Our server was incredibly friendly and very helpful. We could not decide which empanadas to get, so we pretty well decided on one of everything. 😜
Oh my goodness, we could not decide on a favorite. They were all just fantastic! We would recommend this place to everyone and we can’t wait to come back! Thanks for an amazing experience!!
Love the food and the kind people at TANGO! I try to go at least once a week even though it’s a thirty minute drive for me. My pick is the beef, egg, and olive empanadas. The spicy ones have a great kick, but I also like the traditional mild. I wish they were closer to O’Fallon, but it’s worth the drive!

TANGO Argentina Food offers a wide range of authentic Argentine empanadas, including mild and spicy options, as well as vegetarian choices. The empanadas are made with imported ingredients from Argentina and are served with traditional Argentine drinks and sweets. The owners, who are Argentine themselves, recommend trying the Onion and Cheese empanadas, and the Spicy Chicken and Corn empanadas are also a popular choice. Other standouts include the Spicy Steak, which is a must-try. The restaurant has a friendly and helpful staff, and the dining area is kept very clean. Customers often find it hard to choose a favorite because all the empanadas are fantastic. The service is incredible, and the Argentinian beer is delicious. The owner is very kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere is bright and cheery. Every empanada is flavorful, and the butternut squash and beef with raisins are particularly delectable. The desserts, including the cookies filled with dulce de leche and the dulce de batata and dulce de membrillo with cheese, are not to be missed. With great prices and excellent food, this place is highly recommended for anyone wanting to enjoy authentic Argentine cuisine.
