“There are always friendly faces and excellent customer service here. I was witness to the aftermath of a customers mistreatment of a worker who was crying when I pulled up to the window. It is a very sad day when people seem to want to humiliate a worker over a cup of coffee. Your associates shouldnt have to deal with this type of behavior and you as owners should stress that to your associates. They can take their rude behavior elsewhere.”

“The only compliant I have is that when I do a curb side pick up, they will serve everyone in the store, before bringing my items out. For example, I check in, then two people walk in - they get serverd first.”

“Tried the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and Dressed roasted Brussels sprouts a couple months ago and, while the chicken and potatoes were delicious, the Brussels sprouts were barely cooked and my roll wasn’t even warm. Went back today, Feb 21, 2024 during the lunch hour and ordered same thing but I requested they cook the Brussels to tender. It was DELICIOUS!! Josh, the bartender, was our waiter and was fantastic. This location has never disappointed me. Great staff and great food!”

“My day turned around by taking my dear friend Darlene Mason-Taylor to B-Day dinner at the Fredrick Inn Steakhouse and having an amazing experience. Top shelf food, drink, service and atmosphere. Golden crispy fried chicken (Breast and leg) with mashed taters, full salad bar and choice of 2 delicious soups for me. 4 oz dinner sirloin, baked potato (the best she's ever had) with full salad bar and choice of 2 soups for Darlene Mason-Taylor. Total bill under $40. We will be visiting again soon, and I encourage everyone in the area to check this place out FR ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Haven't tried everything on their menu but everything I've tried has been good. Staff are friendly and courteous. Place is clean, well maintained and is more spacious than I expected. Other than specials, drink prices aren't cheap but they aren't unreasonable, either. The beers I've tried so far have all been fresh and flavorful. Best Reuben sandwich I've had anywhere with thick, generous serving of corned beef and served on really good, marbled bread.”

“Really like Geneos but the last 2 times we have went the pizza was lacking!! Both times we ordered and paid for extra sauce and cheese to try and get it the way it used to be and it still came out the same way, very dry and hardly any cheese.”
