The manager and employees go above and beyond to help their customers, even while having a rough day with the register system. They were very kind, friendly, pleasant, they stayed calm in the situation with the register, and maintained a welcoming atmosphere during a stressful situation. I also found out they started Online Orders! Arby’s Saint Robert,Mo you rock!! FANTASTIC Customer Service!
The only complaint I have about today's visit is not being able to get the sandwich I requested. My wife regularly ordered brisket sliders at another Arby's location. She is now in a health care facility and wanted her sliders. Even though brisket sandwiches are on the menu, they would not make her brisket sliders.
Maybe it's corporate policy, but I think that making a sandwich for someone with health issues should be good customer service.

The food was sub-par. Definitely the classic roast beef sandwich was as good as any other Arby's I've been too and my wife's sandwich wasn't anything special either.
