Ichiban Japanese Steak House & Sushi Bar

Went out with friend to celebrate the quarter. Food was good. Service was a bit slow at the bar and at the table we had to flag down our server for refill on drinks. But over all great. Had a fun experience with the habachi chef. Food was good. Everyone's goid was cooked the way they wanted. Over all a great night.

Disappointed with our cook. We came in with Teens to get them their first Japanese steakhouse experience. A lackluster disappointing performance by our Cook, Silas. Felt like he didn’t want to be there. Nearby table had a much better experience.

I would have given 5 stars but it seems the waiter forgot about us, the other family's food around the grill arrived first and we had to ask for ours.

The place is very unorganized. They never have enough staff and the front staff are down right rude. And, BTW, the food is mediocre and inconsistent.

This is not as good as it used to be. I noticed that they had some type of heavy sauce on the vegetables and on the filet mignon they had some type of heavy sauce. I did not order teriyaki or anything. You do pay a lot of money and so you do expect something to be edible. My husband had to throw away his vegetables When he got home because of the heavy sauce that was on them. It was a brown sauce and we didn’t order any sauce on it. It had been a while since we’ve been, but we were gonna start going again. Now we will not be going ever again.

10-10 recommend. Me and my two sons had never been to a Hibachi restaurant, so my husband and our friends took us there for my birthday last night and I can't say enough good things about it. Everything was top notch! Such an awesome 1st time experience and we can't wait to go back!

Food was terrible that day. Maybe ingredients were changed, but the sauce was questionable and the miso soup was extremely bland. 10 out 10 do NOT recommend.
