We went on a day when the A/C wasn’t working and it was 95 outside. Food was great but the employees were struggling hard. They were all drenched with sweat and just pushing forward. They looked drained. I just got to say for the small amount they make, they are real troopers.

New AC Tuesday when they get their new one as it's running hot, it was hot in the restaurant but I'm here to tell you, it's the best Burger King I've ate at in years. Had trouble getting my reward points to show at the register, and my food would of been free so the manager was very kind and as I was doing an online order he told me don't worry about it, and totally took care of me. These employees deserve a raise to work in the heat like this. And an award for being the best Burger King between Florida and Missouri.

The atmosphere was very cheerful, smiles on every worker, the cashier was so nice to my daughter, she loves coming to Burger King out of all the fast foods in Salem and I have to agree with her!
As usual for a fast food place it was good. But the service was really good and the food was hot and fresh.

I stopped by there yesterday and had lunch. I got waited on fairly quickly. They were not busy at all. I had my lunch and was getting ready to leave and went to the counter to order something else. There were two young people behind the counter they both just looked at me and went back to talking. I never did get waited on. I finally just walked out.

One of the few places in Salem with a veganish option. The impossible Whopper without mayo.
Food is great but sometimes the staff is nowhere to be found so you have to cook your own burgers. 🤷♂️
