C Sue's homemade frozen custard is one of the 2 best frozen custards I have ever had in my entire life! We stop every time we're passing through Salem. She does not add a bunch of chemical gunk to her small batches, which is important for me because I have a kazillion food allergies. It's so nice to be able to have a treat. And she is as sweet as can be! I am happy to support this woman-owned business.
What a neat spot this young lady has. We were traveling but definitely will drive back 2 hours to visit. The custard is great. Some of the best I have ever had. Very clean, friendly place.
C Sue is genuinely a very nice person! She has accomplished so much with her business. Even has plans to expand. She is always glad to see you! My wife and I's favorite is the caffeinated cow! It it is the best! If we are in Salem, we are going to go by C Sue’s!
