I've been to McDonald's all over the country as a driver. This one, right here in Salem MO, is by far the cleanest, friendliest, most professional Mc Donald's I've even been too. Tableside service for condiments, all items places nicely in the bag and not thrown in. Food was actually nicely made. I would not have believed this was a real McDonald's but it is and I'm glad we're moving to town.

I’m from out of town and I went to McDonald’s last night and they had messed up the order and again this morning I went back for some breakfast items in that order was messed up as well. The help was friendly just double check your order.

Usually I get great food from here but tonight I had to write a review because my fries were so cold and old I couldn’t even eat them it was about 10:43 when I came through and ordered a fish meal and you could totally tell the fries had been siting for a long time because not only of them was even warm to the touch and they were so stale I almost choked, I paid 10 dollars for a fish sandwich basically and when that’s your dinner for the night it really sucks, the fish was good but the fires were so bad I had to leave a review because it’s very disappointing!

McDonald's I just went thru with a code for a coffee and the lady said that code doesn’t work, even though I had my phone in hand, and so my husband asked “ So we don’t get the coffee?” And she said in the rudest tone NOPE. I stop there every morning before work, but I won’t be back..! This was 8/24/25 around 8:55 am Also I tried going on website to complain but it wouldn’t let me cause o didn’t have a receipt with store number, well of course I didn’t, we didn’t receive my order

What a joke this place is. Tried to use the mobile app and ordered 33 dollars worth of stuff only for the manager to flip his hands around and say he doesnt know what to do. I even brought out my credit statement to prove I did in fact get charged for it. The incompetent manager couldnt do a thing. Ive had very few uresolveable issues with the app, but somehow this location and the downright stupid management only managed to mess things up.

Worse customer service ever. If you don't want to be polite to customers seek a job somewhere else. The drive thru employees need a refresher course in courtesy. Also side note, it's rude to hand customer their order, then close window on them. Management needs to do better in training.
