This girl name cierra had serviced me my food and was very disrespectful and rude towards me and i have my friend and kids in my car, and she was very rude to them as well, she came off snobby and rolled her eyes many times. i did not appreciate this. and i believe she is not a good person to be working window. thank you very much.

Go through drive through at 2:15 pm order an Oreo Frappe, McChicken, and a Med Fry. Told to park in spot no. 1. Watch 8 cars leave. Finally a young boy come out with a bag. He asks “Does this look familiar?” I ask if the fries are hot and he says “Yup, they just came up.” Hands me the bag and walks away. I open the bag to see there are NO FRIES!! Come on people! People want to make $15 an hour and they cannot put one sandwich and fries in a bag! ??♀️??♀️??♀️

Sorry but the new decor is not very inviting, I understand drive thru has become more important than the customer who actually takes the time to come in but making the dining room cold and unfriendly might just drive me to a different restaurant.Lastly, how about less spaces for delivery, call in , and drive thru pull forward spaces and have a few for the rest of us
