It was 5:45 on a Thursday night & half of the dining room was closed off so there was limited seating. They had a line & apparently some people couldn't get what they wanted to order. Walk outs. This is the 2nd time we have seen this happen. Our food was good that's one thing.

Probably the worst kfc I've been in. The chicken tenders are half the size of the next closest kfc, in Rolla. If you order takeout, seems like the pieces are smaller than if you dine in. I guess they don't think you'll notice because it's already bagged up. The legs, and breast, and wings are definitely smaller than the ones when you dine in. We have done dine in, and carry out, and it is the same every time. Smaller pieces in the carryout. Don't feel like we're getting our money's worth here. If you want good KFC drive on over to Rolla!

So it doesn't matter if it's 20 minutes until closing or 30 minutes. Every time I've come the last hour they're opened they tell me they shut the fryers off. They are out of whatever it is I want to order and are seldom friendly. The PM crew is abhorrent, and as someone who has worked in food service for almost 10 years, closing it down that early is absurd. There is a gentleman in the AM crew who we love, and they are still out of what I want half the time, but he tries to suggest close alternatives and is always super friendly and very animated.
I do plan to shoot a message to the corporate email about which dates and the times I've shown up and been told can't cook me anything as their friers are off, as it's the 7th or 8th time now. The date this review is is the same night we tried to order at 8:42pm a Beef Potato Griller and Dulce De Leche Cinnabon Delights.

The food quality is what you typically expect from KFC/TB.

The thing about this restaurant that I cannot fathom is that every time we go through the drive-through, we are missing one or more items.

Don't be like me and drive home only to discover that one of your children is missing their entire meal and have to drive back to get the missing order. What's annoying is I've done this more than once. :(

The last time I was here, I determined to check my food before driving away and they had me pull up and sure enough we were missing an entire bag of food. Went inside and had to wait a minute to get someone's attention and sure enough, our bag of food was just sitting there.

We ordered food. Paid for food. Received the wrong food. And they refused to inform us they were sold out and still sold us the food. Refuse to make it right in anyway. Lost our entires families business by this act. Won’t even answer the phone. Shut them down. Corporate will be informed.

This place needs new management, worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! All the employees are rude, always forget stuff on the order and treat you like you’re crazy when you ask for what you ordered. I’ve never had a good experience here! Every time I go they get something wrong and are extremely rude.

This kfc_taco bell closes at 6p and they lock the doors so no ine csn eat inside which is wrong should not close and lock doors til closing which is 9pm anyway. The food isn't always consistent and they stuff everything into one bag snd stuff goes all over the place..last time I was there I ordered a meal and my stuff popped open out of the box was in. And my 2 bags of cinnamon twists were fallen out all over the tacos stuff and also were stale and didn't even tast like it has cinnamon on them. The tacos also stick to the paper they wrap them in and they've introduced fill tacos or burritos full like they should. Sometimes even the taco shells taste old. This place really needs some better help and people to run it better. The chicken side is just as bad. I had ordered two breasts last week and drove 8 miles home to find they gave me thighs instead. If you dont know the difference in the pieces maybe you need a different job snd then our bucket of chicken had more legs than anything. There is always some issue with this place. Needs better management and to keep the doors open til closing.

Walked in, stood by the counter for 5 min while being ignored by the employee as he talked and hugged someone he knew. Didn't get a greeting or a timeline for service. We walked out and went to a different restaurant.

My order was incorrect I called to get it fixed and was told no...?? There's nothing they can do.

Pulled up shortly after 8pm doors was locked. We went to the drive through speaker and the lady sounded very rude and said the lobby closes at 7, 7:30 and that they always have. They should post this online we wasted a trip driving there, we wanted to set down somewhere and eat, not carry out. We won't be back to this location.
