It was 5:45 on a Thursday night & half of the dining room was closed off so there was limited seating. They had a line & apparently some people couldn't get what they wanted to order. Walk outs. This is the 2nd time we have seen this happen. Our food was good that's one thing.
The food quality is what you typically expect from KFC/TB.
The thing about this restaurant that I cannot fathom is that every time we go through the drive-through, we are missing one or more items.
Don't be like me and drive home only to discover that one of your children is missing their entire meal and have to drive back to get the missing order. What's annoying is I've done this more than once. :(

Several people appeared to be working, but I stood for several minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was even there and still longer before they took my order.
The place was totally empty of other customers so I don't know what the holdup was.
