Since we were the only customers, she was attentive. If it had not been for her, we would have walked out.

Vegetarian options: I ordered the gumbo. It was the worst, frozen, thawed, barely reheated goop I have ever had.

It almost feels like this place is stuck in the 2000’s. I have had food here three different times and each time the foods been cold and gross.

Every-time I’ve gotten gringo dip the dip is cold as ice as they bring it to my table.

One time they gave me cocktail sauce instead of salsa and I was blown away that the cooks couldn’t or did not care to check what they had put on my plate.

Every main course just feels bland and like it came out of a bag.

I really don’t know how they call this a from scratch kitchen or how people enjoy eating this food.

I’ll never be back to a 54th street restaurant ever.

Sheila was our waitress and she was phenomenal. Truly. She was personable and the restaurant was out of a lot she more than made up for it with recommendations and her wonderful personality. Give this woman a raise.

I visited today for the first time. I had lunch with several close friends. The decor was interesting, the food was good, but the highlight of the experience was the wonderful service from Mallory C.

Wheelchair accessibility: There was a little lady next to me on a rumspringa from an assisted living facility. She seemed to be having no trouble getting around.

Have not been in years. Understand why now....

Went out on a Tuesday for a dinner and movie. Had the manager scold us for ordering more than Four drinks in a span of hour and a half. Ridiculous. Manager came in all hot in heavy.

That's my bad for your service to be so bad I was ordering drinks ahead of time because of the wait time.

It was horrible me and my boyfriend went there for dinner first of all they didn't have “glasses” for drinks and the food was horrible. One of the waitress looked high and she was caring food it was touching her shirt underarm. Save yourself the time and trouble go elsewhere.

Came in for lunch ordered a Burger told I could get it PINK OR NO PINK...ordered pink received no pink told server she gave me a dismissive IM SORRY... no offer to remake it!!! Disappointing service DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!!!

The service here is atrocious. If you're picking up a delivery order or even your own pickup, they'll leave you sitting forever. When you call the store to tell them where you are they hang up on you and don't even apologize. Stay clear if you order this place for delivery. They treat their delivery drivers terribly and drivers beware!
