Went on 8/26/25 around 6:08 pm and tried to use the HOT hot fudge it sprayed all over me and ruined my clothes and the two workers were standing right there didn’t get a sorry or nothing not even a single peep she just opened the despinser and saw it was empty. Didn’t even get a complimentary fro yo. I believe this was because the dispenser was empty and instead of doing there jobs the two workers were just yapping around. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

We've been here multiple times and it's always closed even when the hours of operation say that they're supposed to be open. The hours say until 10:00 pm on Sunday. It's 8:00 pm and they're closed. Not sure why they advertise this. Very frustrating!

When we walked into the shop, it smelled like the cleaner used as a roadside rest area restroom. Sadly, it was still not clean. The machines looked like they had not been maintained well and the cup dispenser is not in use. So the cups you use for your yogurt are just turned over and setting on a table. There were two employees behind the counter talking who never greeted anyone and left the table and chairs dirty the entire time we sat eating our yogurt. I could not get past the odor and will not return.

As soon as we entered, we were greeted with a strong smell of chlorine, as if we were at a community pool. That was disturbing. The place needs to be thoroughly cleaned and reevaluated as a whole. To add, almost all of their machines were out of order. Would’ve been smart to simply close instead of having consumers coming in.

Don’t get me wrong. I love FroYo, but like the way they Way how much you put into it I don’t really like that part but like it’s really delicious I feel like yes it matters to weigh it and stuff but it’s really expensive but worth it.

Sydney was kind, professional, patient and so helpful with my kids using their allowance to purchase froyo, taking the time to weigh their containers multiple times. The space was clean and welcoming today. The toppings were filled to the brim and the counters and bottles of sauces were orderly and tidy. Thanks for a great experience, Sydney!

so don’t understand why when their hours say they close at 9pm, they actually closed the door on multiple costumers before 8:30. I understand you works may want to go home BUT you are clocked in and scheduled while having costumers wait outside the locked door 30 minutes prior. the works don’t even acknowledge or care that people are waiting outside the door. this happened multiple times showing that the costumer service is horrible. i’ll take my business elsewhere becuase clearly they don’t want it here anyways!

My parents came in last night after the movies and were disgusted by the state of the store, bad smell, dirty machines, dirty counter & floors. Definitely not an environment food should be in. As they made their way to the counter they were completely ignored for a more than awkward amount of time. They felt they weren’t welcomed and it was an inconvenience to check them out, our family will not be back.
