My parents came in last night after the movies and were disgusted by the state of the store, bad smell, dirty machines, dirty counter & floors. Definitely not an environment food should be in. As they made their way to the counter they were completely ignored for a more than awkward amount of time. They felt they weren’t welcomed and it was an inconvenience to check them out, our family will not be back.

My wife and I brought our 3 kids here at 8PM this evening for frozen yogurt (knowing that the stated hours are open until 9PM). The store itself was not at an ideal standard from a cleanliness perspective as the trashcan was piled high (could not put any additional trash inside the trash can). Two of the yogurts were not in service (vanilla and blackberry cobbler) and several of the yogurt stations had excess yogurt at the basins.
If that was the worst of it - I wouldn’t have bothered to write this review. That said, at about 8:20 one of the young ladies who was in charge of the store shut off the lights and locked the front door. She then went into the back of the store with another young lady. After the lights went out my kids felt that they did something wrong and asked to leave because they thought the store was closed and they shouldn’t be there (my kids are 6, 4 and 1). During this time 3 different customers tried to get into the store but were turned away because the door was locked (this was at 8:20 and the store closes at 9 per the sign on the door and online).
Ultimately I hope that the owner of the store reads this so that he/she can provide training to the staff re: standards and service. The young ladies in the store were pleasant when interacting with us, but shouldn’t turn off the lights when there are customers in the store and lock the doors before the stated closing time.

Was “greeted” by an unfriendly staff member who was sitting at a table as if they were a guest, with air pods in.. Absolutely filthy on the inside. The “toppings” look like they’ve been sitting out for weeks, dried frozen yogurt on the grates, sticky floors, strands of hair stuck to the counter of the topping section. I’d leave zero stars if I could.

My daughter got 2 chocolate flavor cups tonight and they tasted like chemicals or some kind of gas flavor I called right away and the kid was not concerned or didn't understand what I was saying said he doesn't have the power to refund her card but she can come back and get more free mind you the close in 10 min we are 15 away and we have no receipt so it will be interesting to see if she will get her 20$ back for the Unedible snack

I think this place needs to be cleaner. I’m not sure if it is bcs it’s run by some teenagers. We didn’t go anywhere else yesterday but to this establishment and I have a Soar throat again. I think their products need to be cleaner. I know Ted drews also run by teenagers but it’s more maintained and never had any issues. We will not be back here. I can’t afford getting sick from ur product. Pls make sure that everything is super clean.

One of the flavors was sour and my brother ended up getting food poisoning. Don’t they test it before they put it out for customers? Also it’s so old and gross looking inside. It’s just a shame because this is the last frozen yogurt place left and it’s giving “about to close down” vibes. I remember coming here in high school when it actually looked like something.

Tried to visit several times but was met with a closed store, even though we went during business hours posted online AND the paper sign hanging on the door. Called and called, no one ever answers, met with an automated message the mailbox is full. We finally show up at the right time and they miraculously are open! As soon as we open the door and take one step inside we are met with an awful smell! Literally smells like someone’s butt just exploded all over the place! The idea of actually sitting inside and eating went out the window, the thought of even eating it at all was second guessed! But we all get our cups, start scanning the flavors and realize over half of them are out. Out of all the stations there were maybe 5 that were working. I didn’t take too long to decide, didn’t have much to choose from and can’t stand the smell much longer. I get my flavor, get my toppings, the rest of my party quickly follows, and my husband even tells the girl behind the counter what he thinks it smells like. She says she knows, they tried to bring in a wax warmer or something to cover the smell and they were told they can’t do that. They’ve apparently complained to the landlord several times and no one will do anything about it. One of the entire menu signs was completely covered.This store has went downhill and I’m sad to say I think my daughter will be finding a new birthday tradition. We will not be visiting again.

My granddaughters went in and got cups of yogurt. The wedding cake flavor and the chocolate were so sour they could not eat it. I tried calling them to tell them and they don’t answer the phone and the voicemail is full. Difficult to find out what they can do when they won’t answer. The strawberry banana was fine. Taste before you pay. A huge waste of $20.

normally not the type to be a karen and write a review but I came into this location and as soon as we entered there was no one at the counter then we made our frozen yogurt and stood at the register for so long and noticed a girl in the back sitting down and I tried my hardest the whole time to get he attention. if you sell something that melts make sure you have someone at register to check them out.

This place is so GROSS! Every surface from the floor to the ceiling is filthy. The amount of filth requires months and month of not cleaning. I can't imagine what the back looks like considering how nasty the front of the business is.

This location is filthy. We keep giving it another shot, but it just keeps getting worse. The floors are filthy, the windows all are gross, as we can barely stomach being in there to get ice cream and pay. The toppings are always low, they taste warm and old, and it’s just disgusting. They need to step up their game or shut down. Even the parking lot has trash all over.
