Thank you all for our yummy drinks, pup cups and your cheerful smiles this morning. It seemed to be a busy morning but you all were on top of it. (And no, my dog’s eyes are not photoshopped. This is legit how excited they get. lol)

The area is very nice and clean, and the space feels welcoming ;a place where you could easily sit with friends and enjoy coffee. The building looks brand new and is very attractive.
That said, my experience ordering coffee was disappointing. I like to place detailed coffee orders, and I usually bring a receipt or reference from Starbucks to clearly explain what I want. I understand that not every café can make every drink exactly the same, and that’s completely fine ,I would just appreciate being told politely if something can’t be done.
Unfortunately, during my visit, the two employees working seemed annoyed while I was ordering. Communication was difficult, and my drink did not come out correctly. I didn’t want to make anyone uncomfortable, so I didn’t ask for it to be remade, but that meant I ended up wasting money.
For me, customer service is very important. A friendly attitude, patience, and clear communication go a long way ,especially when customers are trying their best to explain their order. Even a simple smile and reassurance make a big difference.

I’m giving two stars for now, but I’m willing to give this place another chance. I hope next time the experience is more welcoming and that staff can work patiently with customers when there’s a communication challenge. If that improves, I’d be happy to update my rating.

My MIL was coming by for her and my daughter and all I asked for was a white chocolate mocha, almond milk, lt whip, (blonde)1ex shot blonde espresso, lt foam, lt whip. Why did I receive the correct order on the sticker on the cup, but within was dark roast, burnt. I dont understand how that happens. Its clearly there on the label.

Today we did the drive-thru, great service, our order correct, fast, hot and tastee!!

The coffee was amazing and I loved the atmosphere. my friend and I studied and hung out here while we enjoyed our coffee. The employee named Aster I believe was very friendly and was doing a great job keeping the place running smoothly.

The service is slow and understaffed. The place is very clean and decorated very well however the music is way too loud and obnoxious making it almost impossible to get work done

This is Myles. He is harness trained and very well behaved. He has been going everywhere with us the past year -- Target, Walmart, pet stores, ice cream shops, and other Starbucks locations. People love him and he is welcome everywhere . . . until today. To my embarassment, he was asked to leave your store, a location I frequent. I suppose if Myles isn't welcome, neither am I.

This is a great spot for studying or getting work done. The large table is a fantastic feature, and the overall atmosphere is calm and welcoming. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. I'm glad to have a new location to work from—especially since the nearby alternative hasn't been ideal. Hoping this location maintains its quality over time.

Officially open and one is the nicest layouts of a Starbucks I've seen. Very welcoming, well lit, open floor plan, with lots of inside and outside (with umbrellas) seating. Loads of parking. Well done 👊
