My daughter and I popped into this Subway on our way from Arkansas to Springfield, MO. It was a clean restaurant with very helpful and friendly employees. We ordered two sandwiches as well as the footlong cookie, and everything was absolutely delicious. I was impressed by the ladies working there on 5/4/24 because they were patient as we made our order, made our sandwiches efficiently, and then let us know about the cookies/ churros and other new treats. The ladies inside was touching their hair and face while wearing gloves then touching the food before washing their hands. We had 3 customers in front of us and they not once changed gloves or washed their hands. Even while taking money they wore the same gloves.My wife was a general manager at a subway and we was very disappointed in the service
