3 on atmosphere because I went through the drive-through the lady at the window tonight was extraordinary shouted like a true professional. The food was wonderful. I wish I would’ve got her name so maybe she could be commended for her extraordinary service. She was a younger girl maybe mid 20s but black rim glasses super friendly.

Girl handing out orders tried to short me a sandwich. She said there was only 1 on the order. I showed her the receipt which showed 2, she still refused to acknowledge a sandwich was missing. Luckily the cook came out and brought the second sandwich. Is it this store’s policy to short customers ?

This Arby's location is not part of the regular network, so the app does not work there, but the food is as good as a regular Arby's. Experiences with staff vary greatly. Some describe the workers as very friendly, a wonderful group who act like they care, while others find the staff quite rude and confrontational, especially the day shift. Service speed is inconsistent; it is incredibly fast during lunch but slow at night, with the overnight crew taking forever. The food is decent, though the chicken tenders are noted to be smaller than usual. Deals are available through the Love's truck stop.
