“Today's pit stop was in Sedalia, MO. Online reviews led us to Bandana's Bar-B-Q Sedalia, MO. Southern style signature barbecue dishes include ribs, pulled pork, brisket, chicken, turkey, and smoked sausage. We opted for the deliciously sticky ribs, perfectly tender pulled pork, and perfectly seasoned pork/brisket sausage. Sides were barbecue baked beans, mustard potato salad, and fried okra. We alternated between the Sweet and Spicy, KC-Style, and Chicago Sweet sauces. All were excellent. Friendly service and fun decor made for a great visit. Located on US 50 just west of downtown Sedalia, follow the smokey scent to Bandana's and you're guaranteed to leave full and happy!“

This quant town gem lives up to local lore, as well as newcomers that explore. The service is faster than the Amtrak NextGen Acela. Yet the atmosphere never stood still. Bottom line, what an awesome Missouri gem in the midwest! We couldn't finish it!“
