5 stars all day, every day. I've enjoyed every meal I've ever had from Mallard's BBQ. My favorite meat is the pulled pork, favorite side is the cheesy mashed potatoes (or the fries.. it's hard to choose between the two!) If I had to pick one item that takes the cake for me... it's the jalapeño brisket poppers and homemade ranch. Ordered 1/2 lb brisket on line. Pick up for 11am on Saturday. Order was ready on time and the brisket was amazing. Tender with smokey good taste really didn't need any additional sauce. Delicious.

Amazing food and amazing customer service! Trevor is such a nice guy and you won’t regret supporting his business. The brisket poppers are the most unique and delicious thing I’ve ever eaten! 100/10!
