Finally a place that serves hot, fresh BBQ!
We’ve tried most of the BBQ places between Sedalia and Warsaw and have been disappointed with dry, reheated meat sold at premium prices.
One place even tried to pass off fried potato peels for French fries (not even kidding, they were very thin potato peels, I can only assume from potatoes peeled for the potato salad).
We swore off BBQ completely after that.

The taco bar was amazing. That pineapple salsa 🤩. 10/10.
Had the pastrami and it was the best we’ve had in a long time.
