Ordered on line today. Seems like I am always missing out on their smoked wings; well today was my lucky day!! Tried their new Blueberry BBQ sauce on the side, and it did not dissapoint.Everytime I've gotten their food, it's excellent. Hats off to the Pitmaster Trevor, great eats, it's a must try if you have not, eat there regularly and you'll be a fan too!

As out of state guests, 100% great experience. Trevor was awesome and the food was great! Loved the brisket jalapeño poppers, loved the brisket and pork sandwiches, and that apricot BBQ sauce surely is one of the best I've had! Thank you Trevor for the hospitality!

5 stars all day, every day. I've enjoyed every meal I've ever had from Mallard's BBQ. My favorite meat is the pulled pork, favorite side is the cheesy mashed potatoes (or the fries.. it's hard to choose between the two!) If I had to pick one item that takes the cake for me... it's the jalapeño brisket poppers and homemade ranch. (pictured) So good!!I've also had the pleasure of attending an event that Mallard's has catered. Their set up was organized and clean, staff was professional and quick to replenish anything that had run out, food was hot and fresh.. I'd definitely recommend their catering services also!

not worth the 30$ for my plate. the brisket and beans were alright but the burnt ends were hard and the jalapeño corn tasted more like coffee corn

Ordered 1/2 lb brisket on line. Pick up for 11am on Saturday. Order was ready on time and the brisket was amazing. Tender with smokey good taste really didn't need any additional sauce. Delicious.
