This was by far one of the worst dine-in experiences that I have ever experienced. We were seated after about a 10 minute wait and the server was completely overworked in her section. It took 15 minutes to get our drinks and appetizer ordered. After this, it went straight down hill. My wife, 2 year old son, and myself were then forced to wait over an hour and 15 minutes for dinner that never showed up.
