Food was ok. Except the burger we ordered was very small and it had gapeing holes in it because it was smashed so then. My husband sook the the woman who appeared to be a manager and she said yes they are very small that’s why we recommend you order a larger burger when you order. Well … that never happened. But why would you sell such a tiny burger for $9.99? The woman was very snooty and rude with her answer. When we paid our bill at the counter she was equally snooty. She was talking very hateful to a girl that appeared to be a new employee. They girl was asking her how to do something and she told the girl in a HATEFUL tone.. just go home I’ll figure it out. The girl try to get something right with her and two more time she snapped and her and said just go home and I’ll figure it out. The girl was almost in tears. It was everything I could to to bite my tongue and not jump her case. But I really believe you all need to do something with her. I don’t know her name but she had dark hair a round face with dark rim glasses. You really don’t need people like that representing your business. Yes we were disappointed with the small burger .. she asked us how our meal was and my husband told her.

I don't know how you go through a drive-thru and pay for a meal and get the fries and the compromise is next time we have your name for a sandwich down. Lovely now the person that was supposed to eat that has no meal. Thank you, such a disappointment. Buy 2 meals and forget the whole Ruben. Keep the money I won't be back. It's not okay and neither is next time you have one credited. Maybe places will understand when you stop taking your business to them. I'm east of Sedalia so fly home to try and get warm food to open it up nothing for you. If I came in and ordered the food and left that's stealing but what is it when I order PAY and don't get my food?

Hometown burger joint, best place to get a guberburger! Depending on how busy they are, service may be slower but always worth the wait if you order a milkshake for the road. Small place, and when many people are in there, it can be a little loud. Booths and tables available for seating.
Just bought a Guber Burger, a meal I used to get 1-2 years ago. It used to be messy, with peanut butter running. Used to have good flavor. Today's patty was super slim. A tiny amount of peanut butter, essentially dry, and a large chunk of lettuce in the middle. Very very disappointing. I understand if prices raise on me, but don't change the quality of what I buy. 20% product for 150% price. I'm open to edit my review.

I’m Glad I’m not the only one who had issues here. We stopped in (Never been) didn’t know how things worked. My mom was at the counter and the lady behind the counter was SO HATEFUL! We exchanged words and I went to the table where my family was 6 of us and we left. Any company who lets an employee treat customers like trash and run her mouth will NOT get my Business. Trash employee! Then she was getting on to the young ones in the kitchen! Will NOT be back!

Food is fantastic ?, atmosphere is a vibe. Unfortunately a rather amazing experience was ruined by a extremely rude power trip manager/employee. "Context" Over 2 marinara sauces which I had grabbed to walk the 2 steps to the counter to pay for. ( yes! It's as ridiculous as it sounds )

I am only rating Goody's one star because the way that the manager treated her staff while my 6 year old was present. Our waiter a young blonde girl was fabulous and was so kind. The food was great as always. However, my family and I was the last customers in the restaurant. We went to the cash register ready to pay and we notice that there is a "team meeting" in progress. It wasn't a meeting at all, it was the manager a woman with dark hair in her 40s or 50s dropping the F bomb at least 7 time (I counted during the time in standing there with my 6 year old). She told her staff that she doesn't care about them and they are only people she works with. Started degrading them and talking about smoking weed. All while the staff stood there calm and taking it. This went on for a while.
The manager needs to be reevaluated about her position there. The staff doesn't deserve to be treated so poorly. If I worked there I would walk out.
Please Goody's do something and stick up for your staff. Again the food was great and our waitress (young blonde) was wonderful.
