I have only ever eaten at their food truck, but let me tell you! Hands down the best bbq in town in my personal opinion. I’d rather go here then anytime we get bbq the meats are smoked so perfectly the chef must do the little chef kiss when he’s done cutting it up. As first timers, we ordered the brisket plate with fries and the corn and were very pleased with everything! The brisket had wonderful flavor and was so tender!!!!
The corn was in a creamy base with a nice bite of spice!
We look forward to stopping by again, next time will be trying the Collard Greens!!!

The quality of food, service and price cant be beat! I have used Mallards Smokin Bar-B-Que for a 100 person event this fall after going to an event in which they catered. Would definitely recommend!
