We had a very bad experience at the Sedalia McDonald’s on Broadway tonight. We ordered at the inside kiosk as requested nowadays. The screen said to enter the tent number and the food order will be delivered to your table. We waited a longer time for our food than we expected. We went up to check and had trouble getting anyone’s attention. When we said we were waiting we were rudely told our food was there in a bag on the counter. I’ve been sitting in line since 10:07 AM for two sausage, egg and cheese biscuits. If I didn’t come here for someone else that wanted McDonald’s I would never come back to a McDonald’s ever again this is ridiculous. It is now 1022. I am still sitting in line, waiting on my food. There’s been several cars go through the drive-through and leave this McDonald’s is the worst one in (Sedalia.
