I have visited a number of other Starbucks over years and in the past year I visited Starbucks in several states. All the other Starbucks I have visited are pretty consistent, except the one in Sedalia. Sedalia's hot lattes taste like they've been diluted in some way. This is true whether I indicate whole milk or skim milk and whether I add extra flavorings or not. The hot lattes taste flat or "blah". I am a Starbucks employee and I visited this location as a customer and I just want to say the partners that were working are the most kind and thoughtful. The service was friendly, quick and personable! Thank you for allowing me to feel welcome!

So impressed with the staff today. It was a typical crowded Sunday morning and when one customer became rude and cursed at the staff they handled it well and continued to serve everyone well. I was so impressed with the manner the staff conducted themselves in.
