I will preface this… this is only about their breakfast! We love Hucklebucks ribs and BBQ and their staff in Seymour is unmatched. We came in for the first time this morning. Food came out after 30 minutes and was cold! French toast so cold it wouldn’t melt the butter. Also had biscuits and gravy. Again, cold and the gravy tasted scorched or something. We will not be back for breakfast.
The absolute best bbq I’ve ever had in my life!!! Period!
We came in just now, were told to sit anywhere so we did. And then got ignored for 10 mins as people around us got their food and had orders taken. As we left I told the woman with dark hair in the black shirt what happened and was told they must not have seen us. Okay sure right. Won’t be back.

The fried okra and the homemade ranch are standouts, and the brisket is perfectly cooked and of excellent quality. The staff is friendly and helpful, making it a place worth revisiting.
